I spent 5 days at this place and I had such a comfy time. the location was awesome because it was right by cool restaurants, bakeries, and shops. Plus, the beach nearby was stunning 🏖️.

The breakfast was excellent and offered a variety of appetizing food. the location was great and perfect. the staff was wonderful. Supermarkets and a small grocery store were right next door.

Explored the beautiful Ionian Sea and Perigiali Beach. Enjoyed free parking and WiFi in this smoke-free aparthotel. My car felt so lucky!

Excellent hotel with free Wi-Fi. the location is incredible, very close to Nydri downtown. Nice staff, nice services, including a variety of delicious delicacies. Modern and recently refurbished rooms with private bathrooms and tea and coffee making equipment, a refrigerator, and glassware. Very comfy bed and great breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at Athina Residence. the property was very clean and well-maintained, with a great location just a couple of blocks away from restaurants and stores. the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, quickly resolving any issues that came up. We stayed in a studio for four people and a superior double room, both of which were comfortable and had great amenities. the family-run property was a joy to stay at, and we even received a thoughtful gift of wine upon our departure. Highly recommended. Cons: Nothing not to love! 😊.

stayed at athina studios in nydri and had the most amazing time! the room was even better than the photos, super clean and well-equipped. the owners are so friendly and helpful, it felt like staying with family. great location, close to shops and a beautiful beach. overall, a perfect and memorable stay!

We truly got great value for our money at Athina Residence. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the location was perfect with easy access to all the shops and restaurants. The staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to help us retrieve our forgotten belongings when we were already miles away.

The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from some improvement, particularly in regards to the coffee.

As a tourist, I loved the comfortable ground floor room with an enclosed terrace facing the street, giving it a spacious feel. the room was well-equipped with a two-ring oven top, coffee maker, and kettle. the location was convenient, with a supermarket and bakery across from the studios. the family who owns the studios were friendly and welcoming. the level of cleanliness was top-notch, with regular towel and bedding changes during the week. the owners took hygiene precautions seriously, making me feel safe and comfortable.

The private parking was convenient, and the WiFi connection was reliable. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. Some rooms were small and had tiny bathrooms, which may not be suitable for taller individuals. The owners occasionally invaded guests' privacy by looking in their fridges and personal items.

I recently stayed at Athina Residence in Nidri for a short trip. The staff was wonderful, and the room exceeded my expectations. The bed was huge, the bedclothes and towels were changed daily, and the bathroom was new and immaculately clean. I also enjoyed having a coffee machine in the room and sipping coffee on the balcony. The hotel's garden with a lemon tree and rock fountain was simply amazing. Additionally, the location was perfect, close enough to the action for drinks and eateries but quiet at night. Lastly, the friendly hotel cats were a delightful bonus for cat lovers like me.
